If E Jean dies before final payment is made, the personal representative of her estate can continue legal action to continue representing the estate during the appeals process and getting paid. If Donnie dies, then Donnie's estate will substitute as the defendant.

Federal courts deal with this all the time.

Trump's lawyers have already said they're going to appeal it which is going to take forever. The whole thing is ridiculous, she lost the criminal case because she can't even prove one single thing in her allegations. She doesn't even remember when it happened, the year the season the time of day, she remembers none of it. She won the civil case because it was rigged and a totally unfair trial. The amount of money she was awarded by anybody's standards is just stupid. This is the same woman who accused CBS president of raping her in an elevator and she couldn't prove any of that either. In order to appeal, Donnie has to to post an appeal bond. He either needs to deposit the full amount with the court, or get a bondsman to write a bond with Donnie's moolah as collateral. If the appeals go her way, the court will pay her from the money deposited with the court, or from the bond. If DOnnie loses, ther is no way-even death-he will be able to weasel out of paying,
