WoVCon Four

I won't be organizing it this year. Thus far the Wizard offered to do so, which is a much better way of guaranteeing he will attend. There's also no official name as yet. I'd have called it WoVCon Quattro, but then I'm not in charge :) Unfortunately there is no good way of doing the Roman numeral IV with ASCII characters as I did with WoVCons ][ and ]I[ (or even ///). Using ]V looks incomprehensible, as does /V.
