Seems like an artsy-type thing to do, but not really some huge worry for most of us.

If you're banging outside, you're A) aware of the risk, and B) that's probably the point. If you so happen to get caught, then what of it? It's like complaining of being wet after jumping into a pool.

I still wonder at our (American) views of sex and nudity.

100 years ago women were still covered
head to toe in public, and you couldn't
say the word 'leg' in good company. There
was one sexual position and having sex if you
weren't trying to have a baby was not
allowed. We've come a long way, give it
time.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

This is true - but aren't Americans the largest consumers of porn in the world — so ridiculous that we are all so obsessed with sex yet cannot actually discuss it without it becoming titillating and over the top. Americans are so repressed that men and women cannot really discuss sex as men usually interpret it as a sure sign they are going to get laid.

It is very weird. I see a huuuuuge difference between athletes and non. We're naked around strangers all the time, so it doesn't seem to matter as much. When I went to the BVI with The Fed, I got changed whenever I needed to and did so wherever I happened to be. Even Ash stripped and jumped into the ocean. It's just very "whatever". Hell, when I separated my shoulder, do you think I showered myself? My left side needed washing, so who better than your defensive partner?

Why should that be weird?

Yachts seem to be a world of nudity anyway.

Crew houses in Fort Liquordale, FL where all the Marine Schools are located are hotbeds of casual sex and clothing optional kitchens and pools. Haulover beach is clothing optional.

Most yachties are clothed when entering a well populated anchorage but otherwise its unusual. Many women have a hundred sets of bikinis and one or two shore outfits and that's it. Tourist women chartering a yacht are discreetly reminded by crew members to use sunscreen near the nipples. Most sailboats don't offer bathtubs or sufficient fresh water so its often a bucket right there in the cockpit or wait for an island that has a stream and waterfall to do the girl stuff of showers and hair washing etc.

Drones? Yachting videos are being made by drones rather than aerial photography but I don't think there is any invasion of privacy.

Movie stars worry about drones, slaughter houses worry about drones, police do also.

Pornography? Unsuspecting outdoor couples? Its probably consentual photography.

One sexual position? Ha! This is a myth. Maybe in public everyone was a prude, but behind closed doors, human beings have always been, uh, creative. And every generation has the delusion that they were the first generation to invent nasty sex. (Truth is, nasty sex was invented in India in 400 B.C.) Consider all the fellatio going on at the Everleigh Club in Chicago in 1910 or the all the wild kink in London in 1890.

Here's a description (complete with helpful diagrams!) from 1680:

"sometimes my Husband gets upon me, and sometimes I get upon him,
sometimes we do it sideways, sometimes kneeling, sometimes crossways,
sometimes backwards... sometimes Wheelbarrow, with one leg upon
his shoulders, sometimes we do it on our feet, sometimes upon a stool."

This is exactly how Phoebe Cates was in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Jumps in pool, climbs out saying "I've got water in my ears!"

Back to drones...I've never seen one operate in person. Are they really so silent they can spy on sunbathers in their back yards?
