The 2002 rules clearly say you openly give the details of your accusation. you do not have to be in the correct room, or any room at all, to make an accusation. So, Mrs. Peacock is entitled to go first, but Miss Scarlet cannot be denied on her turn should Peacock get it wrong. I did not get an indication Scarlet wanted to in this round, but then again Peacock had not yet declared this intention of hers, so IMO Scarlet can do it immediately after Peacock.
