He was a really talented and demented guy. About 10 years ago for a while the first 2 hours of his early morning show were televised and I used to record it. Very entertaining stuff. Only because Imus was a real prick and felt like Stern was invading his territory, which he was. So Imus bashed Stern whenever possible. Don Imus was a colossal jerk, but an entertaining one. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
