I came back here to pay the winner of this pool, and it turned out to be me! (With SOOPOO, of course.)

I agree with doing the Wizard's charity, above, for my portion. Please post when you have done it or PM me. Thanks for playing, guys!

Sidebar comment, re Face a few pages back. I have been looking for just the right property myself for over a decade. I think of how in The Godfather they had that multigenerational compound setup with several houses. Seems really wise a way to conserve and build family assets while everyone gets some elbow room. Kennedys and many other families seem to have done this. I would encourage him.

I do also agree with DRich. Kids need to learn how to be independent before death puts them in charge. Valuable experience.
