Of course, why go for maximum flavor when you've trained yourself cardboard tastes good. There's a reason professional chefs, some of them, refuse to cook beef well done if someone orders it. They won't ruin a good piece of meat even if it means losing a sale. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

That looks food. I only had some Sour Cream and Onion potato chips today. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |
