Nearly 25% of all Covid-19 deaths in NY have been in nursing homes.

More than 2,000 in NYC alone.

Despite their pleas for help while these deaths were occurring, and still are, the state refused to allow the understaffed and unequipped nursing homes to transfer any of their Covid-19 patients to the empty USNS Comfort, or the empty Javitts Center for much better care, where there were more than 1,200 empty beds available.

The state instead sent Covid-19 patients to corona free nursing homes, turning them into death camps.

The USNS Comfort ended up treating only 179 patients before Cuomo announced it was no longer needed.

Cuomo is getting a free pass on this.

How did he think the pizza baker gets to his job in Manhattan? Filling the subway with more non essential workers.
The facts will show his state will have more deaths per capita than any country in the world. What other fact is more important about Cuomo?

Way to grab that quote totally out of context. But how you used it is the correct percentage of world deaths in the US about 25%.

I posted this before though but you like to use the MSM alarmist way of presenting the numbers. How about using the fact that the US is 10th in Covid deaths per capita. Still nothing to be proud of but most western countries are having much higher rates than elsewhere in the world. This is the opposite way that most diseases progress and there is not an answer for why that is yet. Maybe just a well designed virus?

The Diamond Princess cruise ship stats might be giving us a good idea of the mortality rate of those infected. There were 712 cases among the passengers and 13 deaths for a rate of 1.8%. There are still 54 active cases with 4 listed as serious, these are unlikely to change the figure much. Most of the passengers on the ship were old to elderly so they likely have a higher than average mortality rate. The DP carried 3,711 passengers and crew and likely all them had some exposure to Covid. The fact that 3000 of them didn't catch Covid is quite encouraging. All on board were tested for Covid before being released.

That would be a great group to do the antibody test on...it seems a sure bet that almost all had a shot at exposure...too bad they are spread out around a good many countries now, but maybe we could test the ones we can find.

It's amazing that Trump supporters still support a man who has succumbed to the pressure of the mainstream media and the deep state. I thought his appeal was that he was a kicking ass and taking names, not your everyday run of the mill politician?

Bottom line is, if you have any problem with the way this pandemic has been handled, your issue starts at the TOP, the man in charge of the federal government. His task force created the guidelines the country has been following.

lol @ he "tried" to shut down travel earlier. 430,000 people have traveled back and forth from China since corona emerged, and that's only on direct flights. Who knows how many on connecting flights. 40,000 since his weak ass "ban". His only decision with any kind of impact that he made, which is why it's the ONLY decision he cites at his daily rallies. He "tried"....what's this "try" crap? Did he have the power to do it or not?

600 crew members still living onboard since January. That's at least the second like incidence I've read of where the crew has nowhere else to live so they just stay on the ship.
