According to what I read there is a backlog of evictions 5 times normal coming down the pike. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

Where I live the County Sherriff just started doing them again on 05AUG2020 (this Monday). So they are many months backlogged, and I think they can only do 15 a day (and that is assuming they stay fully staffed, no large amounts of people get sick etc...). And, Magistrate Court was closed for months so there are many more that are probably going to pile on when they get all of the hearings banged out. |

Probably as evictions were halted with the china virus. Ditto foreclosures, making me wonder if when they fire back up will I get moved to that department?
