Hell. they say "turnabout is fair play:" isn't Trump oredering DoJ to indict his enemies? Isn't he pursuing civil litigation / claims while in office? Why should he get a bye from a criminal charge? There is no law, no statute or regulation which prohibits it, it is only DoJ policy. |
