First of all, I don’t believe Biden didn’t win. But…. criminals do their darndest not to be caught. The fact that there has not been clear and convincing evidence that the election was stolen does not mean that it wasn’t. What percentage of crimes are successfully prosecuted? I’ll bet it’s a very low number.

Taking all available evidence…. the chances the election was stolen is extremely low, but not zero.

It’s all water under the bridge now anyway. Biden had his 4 years, did lots of damage, and now it’s Trump’s turn.

This is an insane point, the number of anything is never zero. Elections are one of the most verifiable things on the planet. And, that election specifically had endless court challenges.

Stealing an election is not the same as robbing a bank or hacking a crypto account. You need millions of people working together, any crime that involves more than 1 person dramatically increases the chance of getting busted (every additional person is another exponential chance that somebody will eventually rat.)

Crimes are very successfully prosecuted. The national average is like 60something% (ranging from the low 20s-high 80s depending on state and crime type.). Of course this only counts after criminal charges are filed, so crimes that were never investigated or caught would not fall into these states (crime clearance is something more like 50 or so% again drastic range with violent crimes usually being caught, and fraud and theft very rarely being caught.)

Actually, no. You need just a few key people in a few key places. You need millions of blind followers who think elections can't be stolen. Now, some elections are "too big to rig." But 2020? You know it is just a few states. You know the media will go along with the push for mail-in voting in the name of being safe from the china virus. You know 40% of the public will blindly follow the media line.

Then it become a matter of it does not matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes.

Blah blah blah...a claim wholly supported by a shred of real proof.

Look, you idiots really need to get over this "stolen election" nonsense.

True, it is the foundation for MAGA's "house of cards" but it really makes you people look like morons.

For someone who claims to be a lawyer you do not grasp the difference between "knowing" and "proving in court."

Where did all those Biden 2020 votes go in 2024? Why is it that all the late votes always seem to break for the Democrat?

As to looking like morons, the ones calling a gang member a "Maryland Father" and defending him to the end are doing a great job there, but that is your party not mine.

Baloney.

How can anyone really know anything without proof?

Oh, wait...you MAGgots have "faith" in Trumpf, i.e. "belief without reason."

Also make a note: I am not a progressive loiberal nor a democrat: I vote Libertarian just to vote, but I am independent minded.

Uh, no. You are 100%, march in Prussian lock-step to the orders from above liberal. As I have said before, anyone who votes libertarian should lover Trump. All of your comments here are liberal minded.

I favor Trump's border policy: get tough on the illegals, kick em all out.

I favor Trump's policy on the homeless: prohibit their encampments, round them up, force into treatment and if they resist...jail.

But that's about it.

I am a fiscal conservative and somewhat open minded socially, as in "do what you want, just leave me alone."

I thought Biden was a joke, but I think Trumpf is a major threat.

Does that make me a progressive liberal?

I think not...I am an independent voter / thinker who realized Trumpf was a phony and a fraud decades ago.

Yes, it does. Until you want to use logic instead name calling. But if you try expect to be shredded same as the other lefties here get all the time when they try.

LOL

So "name calling" is the key factor to identifying a liberal, is it?

Bwa ha ha ha

That douche you idiots elected is the worst name caller in presidential history; he recently called the head of the Fed WHOM HE APPOINTED "a major loser."

He routinely insults anybody who gets in his way, yet he gets rattled and vindictive when HE is insulted: he can give it but he can't take it, a true pussy.

So...he's a liberal by your definition: good to know.

As for this shredding you refer to...huh?

Who is getting shredded?

Seems to me this is just the typical online political territorial pissing contest.
