I am not a Constitutional/Supreme Court scholar. Is it even possible that they could rule ‘ Trump votes were suppressed illegally; he is the winner and gets a second term?” Does the SC have legal authority to overturn the election? If it is legal to do so, and they did, I would expect the Democrats to attempt a coup. After they did a few hundred billion in damage from looting. |

I'm pretty blown away that a clear majority of conservatives think Trump really won and They are well armed Not good Ive always viewed republicans as the loyal opposition. We lost 4 yeas ago and I quickly moved on admitting we lost. The problem is Trumpers view the left as the enemy of the country, not the loyal opposition, and thats why they refuse to admit they lost. They cant let the enemy win regardless of the constitution and elections. Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

I admit Trump lost. No problem with that. But I also believe that although not the enemy of the country... the left, if fully in charge, will ruin the country for generations to come. Biden himself is not ‘the left’. I’m repeating myself.... but if Repubs keep Senate I trust Biden/Pelosi/McConnell to negotiate policies that are centrist enough for all except those on the far right or far left. |

I do not know how much detail I can give. But the strategy seems to be to show that states acted illegally in allowing late votes (PA) or in some other states, not following other procedures. This will mean that the votes cannot be certified and throw it to the House. It is similar to 2000 when SCOF just made things up as it went along, then SCOTUS said they could not do that. In PA the court just magically extended the deadline for ballots when that right is for the legislature only. And this is where judges are important. The right way to rule is based on law, not "feelings." Some claim was made that some "ballots would not be counted" because of a deadline. The answer by law is "tough luck, the deadline is the deadline and we cannot change that!" But you get activist judges that say, "OK, take 3 extra days" the three days being something a court made up. All that need be done is get enough states to not be able to certify so that neither side gets 270 electoral votes. And for anyone asking my position remains that the whole mail-in thing was to allow ballot harvesting and other outright fraud and should never have been done. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. I try not to answer rhetorical questions. But... in my hypothetical the feeling would be that the ‘Trumpers’ stole the election from the DEMOCRAT candidate. Thus I’d expect those rioting and looting to be Democrats. Just like what happened when the Democrat supported group, BLM, unleashed their rioting and looting on the country. And what the Dems did in Portland. And Seattle... etc.... If you are implying the Republicans will loot and riot if Trump is declared President elect you should self suspend for trolling! |

Those votes were counted separately, so it would be easy to include them, or not include them, in the final tally. "Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not to his own facts."
