I tried watching. Not sure what it even was? A video in slow motion of him turning his head a little? You owe me a minute of my life. I’ve said this many times. He is obviously experiencing some cognitive decline, likely commensurate with his age. But he is DEFINITELY still with it enough to make his ideas known. Does he make more mistakes when speaking than he did 20 years ago? Yes. The American people had access to ALL of this, and decided his pluses outweighed his minuses. Time to move on...

The substance of what Biden says usually makes more sense than anytime Trump talked.

The delivery is more awkward because he has a stutter/speech impediment.

Everything I’ve read implies it won’t pass. But if it does, the CBO estimates 1.4 million jobs lost. You think those are jobs that rich educated people get, or more the Democrat base?

I hope there is a compromise. Say $9, $10, $11, $12 over next 4 years. I think here in NY it is already $12.50, and more in NYC.
