You keep telling yourself that this chant going on all over the world for the most hated president we've had in a hundred years is equivalent to something Trump did. Keep telling yourself that if it gets you through the day.

No, not even close, only when only Republicans are polled:

https://today.yougov.com/topics/politics/articles-reports/2021/07/27/most-and-least-popular-us-presidents-according-ame

Overall Biden is pretty solid in the middle. Only amongst "Only Republican Respondent" is he the bottom, and this is purely political (even if you despise Joe Biden, there are Presidents historically who any objective person would have to say are simply worse).

Ironically, Lincoln wins the top amongst all three groups (Rs, Ds, and Is,).

Overall Millard Fillmore is the most unheard of Presidents by the public in all categories (nobody has heard or him or knows anything about him to vote) who is ironically one of the worst Presidents (delayed the Start of the Civil war and was blatantly racist, not even in the standards of the day kind of way....) (and is often one of the only Presidents to give Trump a run for his money as worst President ever when rated by actual historians, James Buchan and Andrew Johnson being the other two -and yes Andrew Johnson, not Andrew Jackson-). I remember as a kid I got a book called "Who in the world is Millard Fillmore", based on this principle (talks about some of the less known Presidents in a way for kids), and I guess the same still holds true. -Edit he is not the most unheard of in all categories relooking at it, but is still close in all categories-.

-Edit 2- Even in just the last 100 years, Trump and Nixon are the most hated Presidents overall by the general public- I actually don't agree and think Nixon deservers more credit than he gets, the main thing he got wrong was pulling out of Vietnam way too early. But, he was ahead of his time on UBI, and healthcare. He was actually very progressive on economic (and some) social issues. But, he boggled up Vietnam big time, like Afghanistan for Biden, that will probably be his biggest Blunder.

"Most hated ... in 100 years?"

Pshaw.

Those tears you've been shedding since Trump got kicked out must blind you to reality.

See this info?

Trump set the bar pretty low.

You must have never said how bad you thought Trump was doing because he's sill doing worse than Biden.

Quote:
President Biden's approval rating for the 38th week of his term was 44.8%, down 0.7 percentage points from the week before. President Trump's approval rating at the same point in his term was 39.6%, down 0.5 percentage points from the week before.
President Biden's termwide approval rating average is 51.3%, with weekly averages ranging from 44.8% to 54.4%.
At this point in President Trump's term, his termwide approval rating average was 41.1%, with weekly averages ranging from 37.3% to 45.9%

Trump's picture should be in the dictionary under "Failure"

Which part of his life did he fail in? Did he fail to produce a name that's known worldwide in the business world? Did he fail to become a billionaire? Did his hit TV series fail after 10 seasons? Did he fail to get elected president? Twice? Because he won the second time in a landslide. Where exactly do you think he failed? Under his administration we were energy self-sufficient, we had a roaring economy, on and on and on. He packed a tens of thousands of people into stadiums wherever he went. Beijing Joe couldn't get enough cars to fill a drive-in movie parking lot. What does a successful person look like to you?

Failure? Most of us should want to fail so good. Self-made man builds a billions of dollars empire and becomes POTUS with both parties fighting him.

Silly to compare Trump's approval to Biden's. Biden is getting nothing but media push. Trump got nothing but negative biased media coverage against him.

Trump's plan seems to have been to reduce taxes so the wealthy can benefit, increase spending so that his cronies profit, then file bankruptcy when the bill comes due.

The man has the scruples of a thief and the morals of an alley cat: a Modern Republican.

Except he raised taxes on the wealthy. Don't you remember them whining about not being able to deduct the taxes on their McMansions?

And you can stick it about increased spending if you support the Biden pork bills.
