You can dislike a policy that somebody campaigned on. But, if they get elected and enact that policy, you can't act shocked and outraged that it was an unexpected move. It would be like getting mad at Trump for building a wall (or trying to). Everyone knew that he was going to start eventually because he talked about it endlessly during the campaign. And that is why this is such a huge coverup. If the the FBI even went to Facebook to bury the story then imagine how fast they hit the main news outlets. The NYT admitted some time ago they were told to bury the story because it was fake news. This spring they admitted it wasn't fake news and they were wrong to bury it.
