It may be ‘wrong’ to discriminate against someone due to their ‘pronoun’ choice, but of course it happens. Probably analogous to women 50 years ago. And African Americans until a few decades ago. But if giving advice to someone looking for a job, I’d highly encourage ‘they’ to use either ‘he’ or ‘she’. I’m guessing 0 Fortune 500 CEOs or CFOs or COOs go by the pronoun ‘they’. I could be wrong.

I don't think pronouns are part of an interview process and those that really care are a tiny tiny sliver of the population. I have yet to meet anybody in my life that cared about pronouns.
Companies ask what name they want to be called and honor that. That's about it.
Companies are looking for talent and team players. That's the bottom line. People are referred to by their name, no need for he or she or they. In fact the old days, difficult foreign names were often changed to something Americans can easily pronounce. Now it's accepted that you don't change somebody's name regardless if it's unusual.

Credit Suisse was taken under by UBS Bank today ($3.2B).

Here is (or was) the head of global markets for Credit Suisse

I think we can legitimately ask "what would we like this person to focus on?" ... a bit of foresight might have helped here

UBS took under the woke and broke Credit Suisse.

An ex-Morgan Stanley executive is now Chairman of UBS (a year ago).

Interestingly, the same person is on the board of Norfolk Southern (East Palestine disaster).

So far, this person looks spotless.

But I'll dig deeper into UBS financing the climate change scam.

I would expect this person to focus on their job while at work. Why would I expect anything different?

If we show children books of gender differences in school, that is under the guise of public control (socialism).

But a private firm that needs to make profit is different.

Because profit is based upon the whole and that extra small percentage makes the difference between profit and loss.

It's meaningless
Not even on the key executive team of 26 people

Are you against hiring a transgender?
Are you against Rachel Levine
I think it's important to evaluate a person the the job they are doing instead of their personal lives

Rachel Levine comes under the guise of socialism (public sector).

Never be confused what is public and private.

They don't mix.

I would be against hiring someone who would go public with their questionable private life. C. Suisse had a different idea [probably a woke one] and can see the consequences ... horrifically bad publicity at a time of crisis... as you point out, not even a key exec, but look what happens anyway since we can see that the bank was wrong-mined about 'this', so we will assume about 'that' as well [probably correctly], meaning running a bank properly

I wouldn't have hired Rachel Levine, because I would know this is next

I'm ok with transgenders coming out. Does this really scare you or make you feel uncomfortable.
Overall it's kind of meaningless to me. As meaningless as working with a gay person out of the closet.
The Biden administration does not want to be the nanny state. Biden does not want the government to raise kids. Parents should have freedom to do what they feel is best for their family and kids.
