It is quite a shock as every time voting machines in liberal districts are questioned we are told it is not possible to tamper with them.

This is weak deflection even by Duffman standards.

Much of the stuff is not believable.

The 36% shown below are rigged.

More like 1%.

POLL: Is CNN ‘Fake News’?

August 13, 2023
.
.
.
A 2023 Gallup poll found that only 36% of Americans have a great deal or fair amount of trust in major news outlets. This is the second lowest level of trust in the media since Gallup began tracking this question in 1997.

.
.
In May 2023, CNN held a town hall event with former President Donald Trump. This proved too much to bear for the left-wing network. Star CNN anchor Anderson Cooper was outraged over the event and suggested to viewers that they have a right to “never watch this network again.”

In 2020, property assessment was $27 million which Donnie didn't dispute and said the county was correct. That same year, he told the bank it was worth $490 million.

Market value for Maralago is appraised as high as $750 million.

Rush Limbaugh's home recently sold for $155 million, but the County assessment for that property last year was $31 million.

Market value and County Assessor value for the purpose of calculating real estate tax, are two different things.

Depending on the municipality, County Assessor property assessments can be calculated differently for the purpose of real estate tax. NYC for example, assesses my property value at less than one-fiftieth of its market value. Which is actually high. Other homes here are assessed by the City at one-eightieth of their market value.

I'd write the number in, the same as a licensed appraiser quoted on a signed and notarized document.

Guy that bought it didn't think the home part of of it was worth much as he tore it down right after buying it. So, if that makes sense, the property is worth more without the home than with it apparently if we can assume the buyer has more sense than money.

Which means he paid $155 million for 2.7 acres of land.

Maralago is 20 acres.

I say fire all of them.

If we can't get them out of there, file for bankruptcy and buy the old USA corporation out for a dollar.

What is the Top Priority or Number One Concern of Most Americans?

September 30, 2023
.
.
.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says “Providing assistance for the Ukrainians to defeat the Russians is the number one priority for the United States right now, according to most Republicans“.

Would assistance to Ukraine be your number one priority? Top 10? Top 20? On your list at all?

Q: Are politicians that seriously out of touch with what people’s concerns are?
A: Of course they are.

Looks like about 18 acres of Mar-a-Lago doesn’t have beach access, You can probably buy a 100 acres just off the coast with no beach access for that price. You can’t cross onto private property to get to the beach even if you’re 500ft from it. Have to find someone to allow it or find public access.

I didn’t look any of this up, so may be wrong.

Reminds me, there are quite a few videos of crazy Florida people yelling at boats that get too close to their property.

Usuallly just a fisherman pulled up in a spot. Looneys think they’re being spied on. (Of course, that could be true in some cases)

Annual is tough for many reasons. Anything longer then the CBA is tough because the union would no longer be there to enforce the worker end.

The taxpayers of every other state subsidize the high taxes in CA. I showed the math here. I had to be right because all I got in dispute were a bunch of "if if if" and one inactive mod just calling it convoluted or something I forget the exact words. Well, Trump did raise taxes on the rich in CA and other high tax states to end this practice, but IIRC that ends soon.

In any case, it is taxpayers subsidizing unions, which is not right.

CA is one of the least dependent states in the country. Indeed, it is a donor state, remitting more in Fed taxes than it receives in Fed aid. Same with MA.

If you live in a state that receives more in Fed dollars than you pay in taxes, you're welcome, and stop your b!tching about taxes being too high.
