James Dimon (net worth about $2 billion) intends to sell shares of JPM ($140M or 12% of stake?).

Not including the shares Dimon plans to sell, insider sells at JPM over the past three months, outnumber buys five to one. Rare to see that much activity over such a short period.

Perhaps more worried about the Feds than the economy.

In an interview with Fox Business, host Liz Claman said to Copperman:

There was a student walkout at Columbia just a couple hours ago, driven by Columbia professor Joseph Massad, who called the Hamas attack ‘awesome.’ Where are we in the world when 1,300 Israeli civilians..."

Good info.

I don't think I recall a banker publicly being negative about the Federal Reserve before.

I'd guess he and Jerome got in an business argument.

Dimon is concerned about bank profits. With the Fed reducing it's balance sheet $45 billion every week to combat inflation, liquidity is drying up. Borrowing costs could get to a point where corporations cannot afford the costs of borrowing, and banks would be unable to profit from loans.

'Credit market freezes in which debt issuance declines dramatically and market liquidity evaporates are typically observed during financial crises. In the financial crisis of 2008–2009, the structured credit market froze, issuance of corporate bonds declined, and secondary credit markets became highly illiquid.'

I agree.

I'm picking up on a different vibe.

Possibly Epstein and/or Javice.

Why didn't we shoot it down?

What, we ALLOW this kind of thing?

My guess would be both planes were flying somewhere they really should not have been in the Pacific and did not want to draw more attention to location by an engagement with each other. (This is pure speculation.)

Nothing the US can do about it.

China has a larger navy and a larger army than the US.

That and the fact the US hasn't won a war in nearly eighty years.

Have you seen the shape of our soldiers?

70% of them are obese.

Many modern day soldiers on the cutting edge need not be fit, all they need to be able to do is move a joy stick with good hand/eye coordination.

Drones and robots are the future of warfare.
