I’ve gone through this before. Trump’s response to the insurrection wasn’t ideal. But I in no way accept ‘he staged an insurrection’ because a Massachusetts pharmacist says so. Any Republican leader who is implying DJT will be in power after this term is over is stupid. Any Republican who ‘wishes’ he could stay in power is just a fan of Trump. You can assign your own adjectives.

Lindsay Graham has been an interesting case. He varies from being acutely aware of Trump’s shortcomings, to being one of his lapdogs.

I’ve pointed out many deleria, from Santos to MTG to Gaetz to Boebert to Trump himself. Sorry if it’s not enough for you!

This reminds me of the lawfare committed against Trump, now with the arrow pointed the other way. I highly doubt Comey will be convicted of anything. But interesting to see it play out. Maybe he can share a cell with Santos and Menendez?

I’m putting odds of Comey ever seeing the inside of a jail cell at 30-1 against.

You are probably correct but not because he is innocent but because of jury bias in blue Virginia. Either way I hope it costs him a ton of money defending himself.
