Jury finds a Wisconsin judge guilty of obstruction for helping an immigrant evade federal agents

Federal prosecutors charged Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan with obstruction, a felony, and concealing an individual to prevent arrest, a misdemeanor, in April. The jury acquitted her on the concealment count, but she still faces up to five years in prison on the obstruction count.

States/localities/individuals breaking federal law because they don’t like the law should never be acceptable. Elect leaders you like that will change the law. ESPECIALLY a judge.

This is great news. States/localities/individuals breaking federal law because they don’t like the law should never be acceptable. Elect leaders you like that will change the law. ESPECIALLY a judge.

Will you support a guy who nullified millions in restitution of payments to victims when he pardoned a perp, pardoned a convicted mass drug dealer over any of the Democrat nominees, pardoned people who barely served sentences for violent actions on jan 6 over any of the Democrat nominees... I could on.

It is such a simple concept that it is hard to believe ALL politicians are not in favor of it!

And when China and Russia move in, offering aide to these nations the US is pulling back from, then what? When they kick US bases out, move Chinese or Russian bases in will you all be crowing "America First!" then? Or will you all just be bitching about it, all the while buying Chinese goods and gassing up with gasoline from Russian oil?
