I don't think he'd pardon Hunter unless he decided not to run again or doesn't get reelected. The way the pardon system is set up, not much anything can be done to counter it. I think I'd perfer if a President could pardon himself but not anyone who worked for him, or his family members. This would make a President feel secure, but put everyone around in no hurry to be the fall guy for corruption as the President couldn't save them. "Facts are whatever I say they are." - Trump |
