Asked googlebot about the ultra-pastelurized which I highly recommend for anyone who uses milk slowly

"Regular pasteurized milk is heated to 161°F for 15 seconds, while ultra-pasteurized milk is heated to 280°F for 2 seconds. This higher heat kills more bacteria, giving ultra-pasteurized milk a much longer shelf life (60 to 80 days) compared to regular pasteurized milk (20 to 25 days)."

Isn't milk a dying trend
I grew up on milk with cereal
Always had it in the house
Got educated
Its really not that good for you
I dont drink it anymore
I'm not alone
I'm down to just drinking water these days
Its the only healthy drink out there
I also grew up thinking OJ was healthy. Never touch it just like milk

Milk is essential for cooking. I never drink it myself, I have developed lactose intolerance ... but my wife uses it in coffee. Yeah, I know you can get lactose free milk ... Lactose free is the kind of ice cream we buy now.
OJ has too many calories .... I drink tomato juice and grapefruit juice sometimes. You should get vitamin C from somewhere, you know, and natural is best

Juice generally has too much sugar
I eat fruits and drink water
I never cook with milk
The only sauces I make are a Chinese sauce or a spaghetti sauce

in particular tomato juice has very few calories, 40 per cup. Such would be all the Vit.C you need per day and a large portion of the fiber, though more than I usually drink at once. I also find it tends to cut appetite, especially the nuisance kind of appetite where you are hungry but shouldn't be.
