Isn't milk a dying trend I grew up on milk with cereal Always had it in the house Got educated Its really not that good for you I dont drink it anymore I'm not alone I'm down to just drinking water these days Its the only healthy drink out there I also grew up thinking OJ was healthy. Never touch it just like milk |

Yeah, I know you can get lactose free milk ... Lactose free is the kind of ice cream we buy now. OJ has too many calories .... I drink tomato juice and grapefruit juice sometimes. You should get vitamin C from somewhere, you know, and natural is best I'm Still Standing, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah [it's an old guy chant for me] |

Juice generally has too much sugar I eat fruits and drink water I never cook with milk The only sauces I make are a Chinese sauce or a spaghetti sauce |

Such would be all the Vit.C you need per day and a large portion of the fiber, though more than I usually drink at once. I also find it tends to cut appetite, especially the nuisance kind of appetite where you are hungry but shouldn't be. I'm Still Standing, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah [it's an old guy chant for me] |
