Because Americans love abortion! And that is the driving issue! They will show this when they vote this ROEvember! So----what happened??? I tip my hat to the new constitution, take a bow for the new revolution |

DoubleGold Member since: Jan 26, 2023 Threads: 34 Posts: 3215 | It's all about reproduction not depopulation. Harris didn't have a biological child (no experience as a biological parent). So it was a no-brainer. Not only that, she wanted to encourage women to terminate their child (double whammy). So she not only has no experience in having a biological child, but she's also an enemy to internal growth. If the reproduction rate is too low, then the country won't survive. It's basic economics. So a true leader wants to have internal growth of population and not import illegals. Abortion has been so bad for 50 years, we have to vet about 200 million "legal" immigrants, just to compensate for abortion. Then another 100 million for growth. Otherwise, kiss our rights good-bye, including social security, etc. |

But they didn’t necessarily tie that support to their vote for president. Nearly half of people who say abortion should be legal in most cases supported Trump.' https://www.cnn.com/interactive/2024/politics/2020-2016-exit-polls-2024-dg/ |

Proves what I have said all along. Other than women under 30 and it seems curiously over their early 50s, abortion is not a driving issue. It is like the dating sites that ask: 1. What is your position on X? 2. How important is it to you? I prefer abortion restrictions. I get disgusted at the way the pro-abortion side talks about it. But if it was an NFL-style tiebreaker for me it would be the "net points in conference games" level thing. IOW, the candidates would have to be the same on 4-5 more important issues, which will not happen. I tip my hat to the new constitution, take a bow for the new revolution |

Maybe you need to look back. The left wingers said because Americans love abortion that the GOP would lose POTUS, House, and Senate big because they think Trump was a SCOTUS justice and overturned Roe. Clearly didn't happen. I tip my hat to the new constitution, take a bow for the new revolution |
