Not any more, I retired.

To me it was just an interesting job, I don't miss it one damned bit.

Retirement is soooo much better, especially since I have enough money to do whatever I want.

Funny thing: I've little desire to travel, or buy expensive things: it's just that MONEY = SECURITY, especially when one reaches their Golden Years.

Not really 2028 but not starting a thread.

Saw a news piece the other day that some Democrat is yet again introducing legislation to eliminate the Electoral College. Saw abother piece that after the 2030 census it is projecting that there would be a 10 ECV swing from 2024 towards red. IOW, Trump's landslide would have been 20 net EC votes bigger.

The Democrats have to be very worried here. Not only had the blue wall crumbled twice now, but the solid-red states getting more influence makes things even harder in 2032.

Long term claims about politics is probably the stupidest thing ever. Too many people on both sides tripping over their own mistakes and fat heads. 4 years is long time in politics.

Ok, I've been criticizing all the clueless libbie voters out there, but now it's time to criticize people on our side.

On social media, I saw a bunch of conservative voters who were crowing that "Democrats are done!! California's gonna flip in 2028 because of the LA fires!!"

Seriously, how dumb are these people???? This is why our side can never sustain any momentum after a big electoral win. California libbies are dumber than a box of rocks, and anybody who thinks that they're gonna abandon DEMocRATS lives in la la land. My god man........... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Watching them trying to explain the rules at that convention was hilarious. You can choose one gender from column A and one gender from column B but you can't choose three genders. You can't choose two genders at once, you can choose one binary and one non-binary but not two binaries. The first person reading it couldn't figure it out so they got some other guy up there and he was stumbling through it because it didn't make any sense. This is what we're up against now from the left. Lunatics. And they don't see this is why they lost.
