It's easy for you to say humans will be doing fine; then or now.
You don't live your life in extreme poverty or below what the U.S. defines as the poverty line.

If you did; you would be singing a completely different tune; guaranteed.
Oh, I see, this makes me the Marie Antoinette of this group. Whether or not I know about poverty depends on what stage of my life you'd like to drop in on.

At least I'm gratified to see your only argument seems to be my use of the phrase 'doing fine'. OK, I'll detract that. Humans may be doing no worse. Probably will depend on crop production in places where cold weather inhibits it now. Russia says it looks forward to global warming.

California and the Los Angeles area are preparing for their first blizzard in decades.
San Diego issued the first blizzard warning ever for the San Bernadino mountains and in to San Bernadino County.
Up to 7 feet of snow are predicted for areas 4500 feet above sea level.
Lesser amounts between 1 and 6 inches are expected in elevations of less than 2500 feet.
It could end up being the largest snowfall for the Ventura County and Los Angeles mountains since 1989.

It may seem counterintuitive but more snowfall during snowstorms is an expected effect of climate change. A warmer planet is evaporating more water into the atmosphere. The added water means more precipitation, both in snowfalls and rainfalls.

Apophis (99942 - god of chaos) is an asteroid that could collide with Earth in 2029.

NASA claims it will miss Earth.

They use the standard "pi" mathematical constant.

But there's another pi constant called "Jain pi" (based upon phi).

If the Jain pi is correct, then the issue becomes is it possible we could collide.

The book can be downloaded free in pdf.

let's stop right there and think about what this means to the people who want us to believe that we need to panic over a climate change emergency... yep, time to spin the story

ever? this is causing a different kind of panic than was hoped for, trust me

believe me it is to the Kool-Aid providers too

clearly this is something advocates dreamed up for journalists to report, you need to quit guzzling the Kool-Aid

nice spin to take your mind off the real story: never mind anything else, it takes colder weather to create blizzards where blizzards are uncommon

and no I don't care if it wasn't actually Kool-Aid. That you had to look that up says to me you are younger, probably young enough that it makes you ill to think the crap they taught you in school might be wrong?

People living below the "US POVERTY LINE" are not living below the poverty line in their own country.

Unless they live in the U.S.; I think 11%-ish?

Poverty rate 10.5% in 2019. 11.6 in 2021. Government is not disclosing current numbers. This report had it at 14.4% in Feb. 2022, despite Biden's $1.9 trillion Covid relief package..

'3.4 million more children in poverty in February 2022 than December 2021'

'Monthly poverty remained elevated in February 2022, with a 14.4 percent poverty rate for the total US population.'

I'm surprised you are not demanding that Biden tweet about this :-)

Ed, Twitter is just one way people, politicians, corporations, non profits, etc… get information out to those that care. I see nothing wrong with it. I do not participate but that’s probably because I don’t want to filter through the chaffe to get the wheat.
Biden and his administration certainly try and hide their bad results and the actual ramifications of the multi trillion dollar inflation causing bills they have passed. Acting surprised about that is silly.

Your hate for Biden is silly when the war in Ukraine are causing all the economic problems.
