What if she then "lawyered up" and filed for divorce? What if she got an immediate restraining order due to domestic violence which requires Don the Con to vacate their "home" i.e. the White House while awarding her its temporary use and possession? |

The SS would have to testify truthfully to what they witnessed. Melania would not get the White House use and possession. She'd have her pic of the residence at AL, Bedminster or the penthouse in NYC and Donny gets a restraining order to stay away. She'd probably pick NYC, to be closer to Barron and it's more her style.. The White House belongs to the US Government and really only the 3rd floor is the residence, and the sitting Prez has the absolute prerogative to reside there. Wonder what their prenup has to say. Credible reporting states that she renegotiated it after his first WH run. |

I think she would choose Mar-a-Lago over the White House as they don't own that. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

The liberal judge could and arguably would have no qualms about ordering Trump to vacate his "home," whether he owns the home or not. It could happen...and boy howdy would that be a hoot! The White House isn't his "home" though. It's the office of the Executive Branch of the United States. Even if the 3rd floor is considered a home, her name isn't on the title. Her name isn't on the lease. Only Donny's name is on the lease. Even then, it isn't even *his* name. It's his job title that's on the lease. She doesn't even have occupancy rights as his spouse. Even if a liberal judge kicks him out, a TDS (Trump's Deranged Supporters) SCOTUS would overturn it toot sweet. As for the divorce, she's younger than he is. Maybe she's hoping to outlive him and, overall, he's worth more to her as a husband than an ex? |

No, spike...I simply loathe and despise Herr Trump: he is a despicable human being and morally, ethically and intellectually unfit to rule. I identify more with Old School republicans than I do the democrats...I didn't much care for creaky old uncle Joe, and kamala never rocked my world...but neither of them are convicted felons who unapologetically cheated on their spouses. |
