This is what the dude posted
Do you think this post deserved 37 days in jail
I am quoting what they say, you [unkind words deleted] ? You too would have come across this if you paid much attention. They believe the meme was included but can't confirm what other content may have gotten him in trouble. Meanwhile they go on to report fully what the meme was about, delighted that it makes Trump look bad. This is the worst kind of journalism that you are blinding yourself with. What does that say about you?

If you need to show that terapined cherry picks inaccurate news stories unfavorable to Trump you haven’t been paying any attention to his posts. Of course we don’t know WHAT he was arrested for.! We only see the single post Terapined wants us to see. And none of the hundreds of other posts the agitator made. As always, the arrested will have access to counsel. And will only be convicted if a jury of his peers determines he committed a crime beyond any reasonable doubt. You worried that the jury of his peers won’t understand the difference between free speech and inciting violence?

Well, there is no evidence that he was arrested for anything other than the single post that got MAGA's panties in a bunch.

Henry Nowak

Care to comment "once dear".
Sure!

I had never heard the name before.

However a quick google revealed ...
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c1d2w411rgro

Nowak was stabbed in an assault where the assailant had fled. He was lying on the floor injured but alert. He told officers that he had been stabbed but they didn't believe him. The cuffed and arrested him as a matter of procedure, then he died of his injury. The 999 report had been made be the assiallant's brother who lied about the situation.

It's a sad affair but crime happens, mistakes happen. It's not like he was shot by police for walking in the street.

Quote: "Body-worn' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>https://www.ibtimes.co.uk/bodycam-footage-reveals-police-missteps-southampton-stabbing-1800195]"Body-worn camera footage released following the murder conviction of Vickrum Digwa shows 18-year-old student Henry Nowak repeatedly telling police officers that he had been stabbed moments before he was handcuffed and arrested in Southampton.

The footage, released by Hampshire Police after the conclusion of the trial, captures officers arriving at the scene on Belmont Road on 3 December 2025 and speaking to both Nowak and Digwa. During the exchange, Nowak can be heard telling officers he had been stabbed and was struggling to breathe. One officer responds: 'Don't think you have, mate,' before Nowak is placed in handcuffs.

The release of the footage comes days after Digwa was convicted of murder at Southampton Crown Court. It has also intensified scrutiny of the police response, which remains under investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
The footage shows officers arriving at what they believed was an assault scene after receiving information that a man was being detained by members of the public. Digwa can be heard telling officers that he had been assaulted and pointing to a minor injury near his eye.

As officers questioned those present, Nowak repeatedly stated that he had been stabbed. The footage then shows officers placing him in handcuffs and informing him he was under arrest for assault.

Shortly afterwards, officers began expressing concern about his condition and requested an ambulance. One officer can be heard telling colleagues that Nowak's pupils were not reacting.

Hampshire Police have said officers were initially misled by false information provided at the scene, including denials that a knife had been used. The force said officers recognised the seriousness of Nowak's condition within minutes, removed the handcuffs and began life-saving treatment.

So.... Police attended a disturbance where Nowak complained of having been stabbed in the face. Police officer didn't believe him and he subsequently died. His assailant got convicted of murder. Errant police officer being investigated.

The weapon used had been a ceremonial knife carried as a religious symbol by Sikh men. Though carrying knives is generally illegal in the UK, Sikhs have a specific exemption.

There was zero threat, this case was 100% political.

A bunch of snowflake GOPers got their panties tied up by a true (if distasteful) meme that they ordering this retired cop to be targeted.

It 100% was an assault on his free speech and intimidation since he was already collecting his police pension there is nothing they can harass his employer about.

GOP truly is the anti-free speech party.
