What ‘unfortunate consequences of those seditious idiots’ are YOU ‘still dealing with’? It was an insurrection. They committed numerous violent crimes. SOOPOO was in favor of the death penalty for them. But it’s over. Our nation showed its strength by moving on after crushing the insurrectionists. If anything, it moved some of ‘the middle’ people left, not right.

The insurrectionists were not "crushed:" just the opposite as the oaf pardoned all that he could and considers them patriots.

The "unfortunate consequences" are that we now can see with absoute certainty that one of the most fundamental underpinnings of American Democracy is bullshit, to wit: "No man is above the law."

Trump is, as are those in his inner circle: these men are evil and hell bent on changing the country in horrible ways, i.e. having it morph into an autocracy without appropriate checks and balances.
