Did it result in a regime change to one more amenable to US interests, or does Iran devolve further into paranoia and jihadism? Time will tell. But yeah, I for one can't wait for the Iran revolution bullshit to fade away into the dust and for them to grow up and act respectably. |

Commanders are briefing their troops that Donald Trump is annoited by Jesus and attacking Iran is to bring on Armageddon and the return of Christ. Are we sure we are not the Taliban at this point? It is violence for the sake of religion, why claiming that the leader of the nation was chosen by a god. There is no direct confirmation that the orders to say that Donald Trump is ordained by Jesus was put out by the executive branch yet, but it is believed by some to have originated by an internal Presidential order. I personally don't think Donald Trump understands the bible, my guess is this came from Hegseth who is an open Christian Nationalist, this seems like verbage he would direct. (I doubt Donald Trump is familiar enough with the bible to even know what those references mean.) |
