I'm on the fence on this. If he 'fixes' it (at least enough to be thanked for fecking off ), that might strengthen his narrative and lengthen his tenure. But it's academic. He can't fix it and has no inclination to even try. Our best case scenario is that he walks away from the destruction so far, like he always does, and someone else puts the effort in. Cleaning up this mess will be a monumental task for the best diplomats, military leaders, and statesmen of the world, let alone a few Jackass property developers and trump cronies. When did trump ever finish fixing or building anything, especially anything he proudly broke. He won't fix the Whitehouse, either. IMHO. He's doesn't care and won't bother trying. He might try the ultimate war crime as he's really nothing to lose. |

Yeah, ironically, now it's going to be more expensive than letting Iran run the strait. And, that is assuming it is possible to escort ships through, it's still going to be hair for a while, so I imagine many insurance companies won't love it.... Iran only charged around 1-2%, so 20% is a massive upcharge.... |
