Certain Jefferson die hards refuse to accept he fathered Sally's kids due to the wiggle room in previous DNA analysis. For example, the association that controls the cemetary at Monticello limits burials to Jefferson's descendants by his 2 legitimate daughters, and not descendants by Hemings.

As of 9/12/26 , the cemetery changed its policy when Cedric Jessup Jr was burried there
