I'm currently on a diet of those milk shake thingies you get from a drug store, tastes of chalk and has 100 calories.
Drove an extra six miles to get to a supermarket that has a scale....after about two and a half weeks.... gained half a pound!!

As you might have guessed I'm off the Liquid Chalk diet for awhile and have resumed the onions, butter, tomato, cheese concoction on Burrito Bread.
I don't think I got the proportions right though.

Gonna resume my use of Turmeric Tea once I dig down to the counter top and find the tumeric shaker amidst all the plastic bags.

IF it says sprouted quinona on the package can I just dump some in a bowl and add milk as if it were cereal?

Or do I have to cook or boil the stuff first?

Sprouted what? Exactly what kind of a diet
are you on.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Quinona. The kind of diet imposed by ignoring the 'low coolant' light too darn long. Six miles to grocery store in Florida's heat. Larder getting down to the 'why did I ever buy that stuff' point: Quinona, Mung beans, Lentils, Cranberry Jelly, salt, chicken broth, raisen bran.

All this dieting and once I get to WalMart I'm so hot and dehydrated that I buy a half-priced large apple pie. Impulse purchase that probably counters a week of dieting.

Yanked a lime off someone's Key Lime Tree and sliced and diced it with a cleaver so I could flavor water yesterday: must have drunk 3 quarts of the stuff. It was good. Nice subtle taste to it and zero calories. So today I bought lime juice and will compare the concentrate with the real lime.

Gonna make me some Oat Milk next week. Perhaps almond milk too if I can find a legit recipe that doesn't dump oodles of sugar into it.

I made the oat milk, its chillin' now.So is a Frappachino in case I need to get the taste of oat milk out of my mouth..

I did a meat loaf last night:
Hamburger meat. Vegie oil in the pyrex dish, oatmeal flakes, (maple walnut and raisen dates), ketchup, soy sauce, can of whole tomatoes and their juice, an inch of capers, some honey. mixed the oats in liberally. Baked at four hundred 40 minutes.

8 Strips of bacon
4 pieces chicken breast pounded flat (milanesas)
1/2 onion chopped
2.5 cloves garlic minced
1.5 cloves garlic halved
About 750 gr. tomato puree (or tomato sauce)
Cottage cheese
Some shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
(all amounts approx.)

Cook the bacon and set aside. Sauté the onion and minced garlic in the bacon grease (not necessarily in all of it) and set aside. Cook the chicken on a skillet and set aside.

In a blender mix the spices, the cottage cheese, the tomato puree, the peanut butter, and the halved garlic. Blend till everything's liquefied.

Pre-warm oven to 180 C.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, to taste and lay on a baking dish. Cut the bacon into pieces and sprinkle in on top the chicken along with the cooked onion and garlic, and the shredded cheese. Cover with the sauce. Pop in the oven for half an hour.

The best way to cook bacon is in the oven. the problem, though, is you end up with a greasy cookie sheet which is hard to clean (it won't fit into the sink, it's a mess). Therefore I'm hunting down smaller cookie sheets for next time.

It was uncooked oat flakes blendered then it was add water, blender it, and filter.

Well, I ain't got much if a filter it sees. Tasted just like uncooked oats in a thick paste. Am I gonna be okay?
