Let's go back to what is wrong with citing weather to prove a theory ...

Doesn't Brazil's weather support the currently favored climate change theory? Well, it could, though scientists, as opposed to journalists, probably aren’t wasting a lot of time analyzing local weather anomalies. To be scientific about it, they couldn’t just go around looking for such, as they wouldn’t know if they are getting the complete picture. How does flooding in Brazil mean more than the the drought in Timbuctoo [if say there is one]? If you haven’t noticed it , there are counter-journalists out there who find these things. Sometimes they find dramatic counter-factuals in the face of predictions made by those cited to be ‘experts’ by other journalists.

Also we know it’s flawed unless we want to bring back the discredited Dialectical method of the Middle Ages [Scholasticism]. This method cites a thesis and then tries to prove it nearly by logic alone, but it also goes out and grabs any evidence it can without weighing it’s scientific value. This kind of reasoning can ‘prove’ astrology is valid, or in modern times might ‘prove’ that autism is caused by vaccination. After all, there was a small study somewhere that indicated just that for autism. This mistake is a well-known form of cherry picking error, an often unconsciously flawed citing of some data that actually turns out to be the ‘clumping’ effect due to random sorting.

The Scientific Method has won out over the Dialectical of Medieval times. For this, an hypothesis is also formed, but to determine it’s validity, experiments are conducted, the validity is not confirmed by logic alone. Ideally, a control is set up for comparison, etc. If you don’t adhere to these things, it can seem like you are being scientific, because you are maybe being logical as far as it goes. Scientists can fall into these traps, and I hate to say it, but notably the blowhard types do.

So we are looking at the Brazilian weather, or maybe the Texas big freeze of a while ago, maybe the dramatic ending of the California drought. It seems like we are being scientific, because it seems logical that this weather proves something one way or the other [and it certainly can be the other]. Good scientists, though, know this is not the best thing at their disposal, and why I’m saying they can’t value it very much.

Not a good way to sell climate change.

More likely, they're trying to cover-up their bio-lab involvement.


Then John Kerry resigned.

Susan Rice resigned.

They're knee deep in do-do.


And guess who knows about it?

None other than Donald J. Trump.


Trump can stop the war so the inspectors can find the evidence.
