The investigation found no evidence her server was ever hacked. Let's see how Trump's device usage stands up to his carelessness. Probably horrible. Guy invites Russian spies into oval office and gives them a show and tell.

Who investigated? Geek Squad? Everything I have seen said anyone who wanted a peek saw what was on it. That more than a few of our agents got killed.

Do you really think Trump did not consult before doing this? Get serious.

Trump is about the worst secret keeper since Edward Snowden.

I'm offended by the compliment.

Yeah, that is why he is a self-made billionaire known the world over and became POTUS despite having to fight not just the Democrat but the press and the GOP.

Get serious.

That's what I was going to say. Presidents
never do anything without getting 14
different opinions. Trump haters love to
fantasize that he wanders around the WH
throwing switches and releasing secret
documents on a whim. Nothing could be
further from the truth.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

There is one report POTUS gets every morning that even he cannot keep lest someone see it on his desk. He gets it, looks at it while the delivery officer waits, then gives it back. That is hardly the only failsafe.

I laugh at these haters. On one hand the guy is a clown. OTOH, he is doing all this top-level stuff you need a genius IQ to do even part of.

Meanwhile the Democrats just promised to destroy coal, oil, and gas industries if elected!

I'm guessing that you didn't read the whole story. They started planning this exfiltration due to compromise during the Obama administration but decided it was the right time after some additional Trump comments.

I read this story

https://www.cnn.com/2019/09/09/politics/russia-us-spy-extracted/index.html

The Obama-related bit is

Quote:
At the end of the Obama administration, US intelligence officials had already expressed concerns about the safety of this spy and other Russian assets, given the length of their cooperation with the US, according to a former senior intelligence official.

Being worried about an asset becoming compromised due to the length of time that they had been used is certainly different than information being declassified that can be tied to an asset in the field.

Can you clarify what you mean? It looks like you are saying it's ok to expose a spy while they are still in the field because they were in danger already.

Sorry, I forgot to consult Evenbob, the Oracle of all unknowns that he always knows about somehow.
