If for instance the price of BC was crashing, someone could hurry and pay their taxes with them and leave the rest of the taxpayers holding the bag on a depreciating asset. Regardless it takes an employee taxpayer funded workhours, to exchange the BC's to dollars. More wasted bureaucratic dollars. Ducey, Flake, and me don't see eye to eye on much.
