Uh oh indeed. Cohen's lawyer, to a judge, in court: Cohen has 3 clients in the last year; Trump, B__ (the other guy who paid off a Playboy model to go away), and Hannity. Hannity : I had no legal relationship with Cohen. Cohen lawyer : attorney -client privilege over Hannity docs. Hannity : I had no legal relationship with Cohen. Who's lying? SDNY has court rules. Can't lie to the judge on this stuff and keep practicing. Also can't claim atty-client priv if there's no legal relationship. Could be some room in-between, maybe. Cohen could have billed Hannity (billing logs and work notes), who might be the kind of jerk who shows a dentist his aching molar at a dinner party and expects a professional opinion for free, and so hasn't/didn't pay the bill.
