Instructions for cheap personal air conditioning. Styrofoam chest, small fan, two curved plumbing tubes, small water bottles. Cut hole for small fan in lid. Cut two holes for the curved plumbing tubes. Freeze small water bottles, put in chest, adjust curved tubes as desired. Turn on fan to circulate air in chest.. enjoy. Repeat as necessary.
