Just what I said would happen. They
would flock back for a couple weeks
and then stay away in droves. I'll
be surprised it's still open 6 weeks
from now. But they stood by their
politics, losing the business is
worth it. LOLOLOL

You said restaurants would just spit in Sarah Sander's food now instead of making her leave? Interesting.

Faking remorse????????????
wow
Has anybody you have known passed away? Did you fake remorse at their funeral?
I've been to quite a few funerals including both my parents
If a friend, close relative or parent passes away, I want to be at the funeral rather then golfing
It really helps with the grieving process
All the funerals I have personally attended, I have never ever seen faked remorse.
I have never faked remorse at a funeral
My post was not about you, or your family. Sure small funerals with friends and family, every one there can have some sorrowful feelings about the deceased.

I was going to concoct a different post, so I googled "how many attended McCains funeral". Try it, you would think there would be an answer, G is hardly a search engine, so much as it is opinion management. I may have to go back to "duck duck go". wow.

What did come up repeatedly although I did not ask the question was, "Ivanka". Still super hot. And pictures of GWB passing candy to Mrs. Obama. Didn't ask that either, but those two didn't look very sad? Ivanka I do not believe was missing John, does she look extra remorseful to you? Think those three will ever recover?

That's because he was the darling of
the Left and the media. He could
always be counted on to screw
up what the Right wanted. He's
the reason Obamacare wasn't
cancelled right away. The Left
is mourning him, they'll never
get such an asshat RINO senator
again.

There was a huge poll last Ap of
330,000 people. They ranked the
5 most popular and unpopular
senators. McCain was ranked
the 3rd least popular out of
100 senators. Bernie was the
most popular. Claire McCaskill
was the 4th most disliked.

1) I thought polls didn't matter (unless it was conducted by Rasmussen of course)

2) they needed more lost votes than McCain's to do anything about obamacare - and they failed - showing once and for all how empty all of their 'repeal' votes were when Obama was in office.

I googled for "McCain funeral attendance numbers" and came up with 2000

One week after the late Sen. John McCain died from brain cancer, more than 2,000 prominent business, media, military, and political figures gathered at the Washington National Cathedral for a memorial ceremony.

Though I am not sure if that was the same thing as the funeral, or what the maximum seating capacity at either event was. I'm not sure what the number matters, either, unless it was something like 15.

Thanks. My 'fake remorse' comment was more along the lines of people watching the motorcade or people just going because whatever organization they represented wanted a presence there.

I was thinking of a number in the thousands, which nobody has a thousand true mourners [imo]. People mostly have to be up close and personal to be shedding tears.

I disagree
Many thousands walked by as he lied in State paying their respects
I don't believe any of these people were faking remorse
These people were individuals, not part of an organization.
I remember the RFK train
Millions stood by RR tracks, many shedding tears.
There was no fake remorse.

Well, since they were ripping the hell out of him, WITHOUT mentioned him by name, then yes, I think that is what he wanted. A giant FU.

Yeah, that's what people want at
their funeral, a final FU. It was so
disrespectful to the memory of
John McCain, and I never liked
the guy. But TDS first, that's what's
important.

Election polls, because people lie in
them so much. A poll like this, why
would they lie.

Bush couldn't stand McCain and vice
versa. Bush was shedding no tears
at the funeral, McCain was a thorn
in his side for 8 years.

"Truth be told, John McCain really can't stand George W. Bush, even if he agrees with him on a lot of things.. As for Bush, he doesn't trust McCain, but he needs him."
