That property is 25 miles from the urban zone of Las Vegas. Then you would have to commute through the city.
There are homes that sell for that much in the Wizard's neighborhood. And he bought his real estate before selling the website. |

I'm not rightly sure that people who buy mansions actually commute to their jobs. They might have home offices and take long weekends or something. A TV show producer lived in New Mexico and created and sold a show to a network ... never once had to actually go to Hollywood. In this digital and creative age one writes software or scripts anywhere. If its a lousy script about vampires or something there is still probably going to be no need to be in Hollywood. FedEx and 800 numbers make for universal business locations. |

Should be perfect for a 24 year old multi millionaire or Charlie Sheen, I am guessing that not to many women are interested. The 16,800-square-foot home has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a movie theater and enough parking for Walmart. |

The main house will have 74,000 square feet (the White House is 55,000 square feet in comparison) and three guest houses will bring total square footage over 100K. There will be four swimming pools. It should have a full size IMAX movie theater. Master bedroom suite will be over 5K square feet. Jennifer Aniston paid $20.97 million in early 2012 for a house in Bel Air it includes a private vineyard, four bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, a pool, and a guesthouse on more than three acres. Her home was one of five on a dead end street, when they started construction on this 100K mansion at the end of the dead end. She is leading a campaign against these new monstrosities. |

In the late 70's I lived in a rental house that had a 400 sq ft master. It was ridiculously huge, like sleeping in a public library. It had a walk in closet that could have easily been a small bedroom of it's own. 5000 sq ft is insane, it's not cozy, it's not inviting. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I definitely wouldn't want to live in big mansion by myself if that was my option. Way too much space to watch over. Much rather take a couple thousand feet at most in a Manhattan Penthouse. I need a gym, maybe a small pool or large whirlpool, a rec room. Living room and kitchen, dining room at least 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. yeah, that's about it. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

(By kid, I mean, like she's retirement age, but kid of Sam.) You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

I would think if you want to entertain 200-300 of your closest friends it would be much easier to rent space at a hotel then to buy a $500 million compound. |

The guest quarters look like they must be 20K square feet. What do you do with guest quarters of that size? Mother in Law apartment? |
