If the average person who pays their mortgage saw the deals some of these people are getting to modify them Obama would be lucky to get 20% of their votes. If you have good credit and tries to refinance, incuring a big fee to do so, what I see daily would make you scream. Any anybody who has been in underwriting or risk management would have a stroke.
