I suspect reno's post was sarcasm

Yeah, I was being sarcastic when I said I wanted to live in Sudan, Congo, & Somalia.

Gary Terry was the operations manager at the track (36 years-old), and was riding in the passenger seat as Tavon Watson (24 years old professional driver) piloted the white Lamborghini Gallardo around the track.

Most of the original posts said that it was an instructor that died.

So there were no paying guests involved in the accident.

I've not followed the incident in the press, but similar incidents take place amongst pilots. Contemptuous complacency.

Paco- Watson was not a professional driver. According to the Associated Press he was a hotel bellhop.

Not necessarily. It would be to a public relations hack's benefit to describe a bell hop who from time to time parks cars as a "professional driver". Somewhere a publicist or lawyer is trying to put the Mouse's best paw forward.
