Lots of judges parents have come from different countries
No American born judge recuses himself simply due to the fact that their parents were born in another country
Its offensive to infer an American born judge cannot be impartial simply due to the fact that their parents are from Mexico

That's racist. Some judges are honest, some are not. But to directly say an American born judge cant be impartial simply because his parents are Mexican

Nothing illegal about it. Let an appeals court decide if the judge should be changed. Calling it racist has nothing to do with the facts of the case. If either of the judge's parents came illegally then he should be removed.

The whole case should be tossed anyways.
