Intelligence agencies say he was targeting Hillary with the hacks to her hurt campaign. It's impossible to measure the effect, and the unlike Trump's daffy comment that it had no effect on the outcome, the intelligence agencies didn't assess. Trump assessed that himself. He's daff. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

'The report did not assess "the impact that Russian activities had on the outcome of the 2016 election." That's because it had no effect. If it did, they would have reported it. Just like Trump says, it had no effect. I tried to influence the election against Hillary also, by posting here. I also had no effect on the outcome. You confuse trying to do something with actually succeeding at it. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

No. If you can't see an effect, can't prove an effect, see no results of an effect, it's safe to assume there was no effect until proven otherwise. That's what Trump and the rest of us sane people are doing. Not jumping to some wild conclusion based on no facts that the Russians had an effect on the election. Once again you're confusing what you want to have happened, with what really happened. Hillary lost because she's the most piss poor candidate ever nominated.
