Odd comment given he doubled down on it with Hugh Hewitt, a republican and conservative talk show host. I think it's a pretty thin defense to use 'sarcasm' when he was pushed on it by someone relatively friendly to his cause. I think I've lost by 3:1 bet on Trump. He's so artless now we are in the final part of the race, I can't see how he wins. It is said that your life flashes before your eyes just before you die.... it's called Life |

In my mind, the mystery is: does Trump know that his constant trolling of undecided voters is turning them off? (See graph below) And if he does know it, why does he keep doing it? Either: A) he doesn't know his outrageous comments are damaging his campaign because he won't listen to anyone B) he does know, but he can't help himself C) he does know, and he's deliberately trying to lose the election D) he's crazy |

ams288 Member since: Apr 21, 2016 Threads: 29 Posts: 12533 | This whole "Obama founded ISIS" thing is the first "gaffe" from Trump that feels completely planned to me. Usually his gaffes occur at one of his rallies or press conferences while he is just spitballing and something stupid comes out of his big mouth. (Ex. Asking Russia to hack Hillary's emails, or his "2nd Amendment people" can do something about Hillary remark). After he says something stupid, he never apologizes. He sends out his incredibly incompetent spokespeople to try to defend him (ex. Katrina Pierson). But this one feels like he gave it some thought beforehand and wanted to stir up controversy. He kept doubling down on it. Hugh Hewitt practically begged him to clarify his remark while interviewing Trump, but Trump only doubled down. Then the next morning, "IT WAS SARCASM!" Makes no sense. And now today he has been tweeting up a storm whining about the media twisting his words. Seriously. It'd be sad if Trump wasn't such a despicable POS. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

Out of the 22 states that McCain one, 8 have been declared "Leans Trump" and 3 have been declared Battleground
Trump's campaign originally announced they would only campaign in three states that McCain won: Missouri, Arizona, and Georgia which have all been declared Battleground states by RCP. In addition he was going to campaign in the two states that McCain lost, but Romney won. Indiana LEANS TRUMP N Carolina BATTLEGROUND |

He should start looking at the bright side: Trump can console himself that he won't be president of a country that would elect someone like him. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |
