I do know it's a different world
down there, especially 40-50
years ago. I dated a girl from
MS in the 70's and her big secret

I remember when there was only 2 years difference in age and the girl I was dating. She was disturbed at that small age difference. Even a few years is considered a big deal when you're young.

The question isn't whether Moore was acting in the open to date someone's daughter and they were proud of it, or that he married them to make an honorable woman of them. None of that is true, or viewed as the circumstances. Hanging around young girls, trying to convince them to have sex, when he was an old guy and hiding it from their parents is the territory we're in.

Still I think AMS may be right about Moore winning.

One criticism of Hillary which may or may not be valid, is she needed to run more on issues, not just how unsettling Trump was. This may be true of Doug Jones. I actually wish Jones was a little more right leaning to increase his odds of winning.

If so, we could least count on some swing votes on some matters instead of where Jones is coming from.

and we were sick to death of that.

The only way she could have won was
turn herself into a man, and get a complete
personality transplant. She has to be the
most phony, unlikable person to run in

media said last week, while she was
half filling HS cafeterias twice a week,
Trump was doing 3 stadium filling rallies
a day. That the media ignored. She never
had a chance.
