Not at all. The Obama transition took all summer and fall of 09 and still fell short. And they had 200 less people to vett. "March 3rd, 2009. The Obama administration is off to a strong start filling its ranks, having named 75 of the nearly 470 people who need Senate confirmation. But the pace of formally nominating them is moving much slower, with only 45 names sent to the Senate and just 28 confirmed. It's unlikely the administration will reach its goal of 100 officials being confirmed and in place by April 1." It's a lonnnng process for every president. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Actually, I ran the debate team for 2 years. I loved it. The research was the fun part, being as prepared as you could be. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Then why the heck is the right wing Washington Times claiming Donald came in ahead of schedule and under budget?! “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

Because he is. "Transition" does not mean getting every last position filled and confirmed. Trump has gotten this phase done, and returned excess money to boot. The President is a fink. |

They're talking about it right now. Trump is all about accountability. His rep is he typically completes a project with time to spare and under budget. It's ingrained in him, it's part of him. The richest man we ever had, John Rockefeller, when he ate in a restaurant, he would examine every item on the bill and have any discrepancy corrected. He did this because it's who he was. He was aware of every dime and where it went, it's was a sense of pride to him. Trump is the same way. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

This is being seen around the world. Do you have any idea the positive light it puts us in that an immigrant from former Eastern Bloc country Yugoslavia is the First Lady of the US? I guarantee they are bursting at the seams with pride. Who wouldn't be.. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

It is a great first sign. Liberals will keep making fun of him over nonsense. Meanwhile, the Democrat Brand is damaged far more than they realize. Unless Hillary runs again they have nobody who has any experience running in a POTUS campaign available. When they cleared the deck for Hillary to run they at the same time denied exposure to anyone else. What they do have is a bunch of old geezers. They have convince themselves they can write off the white vote thinking Hispanics will block vote same as blacks have, something this last election shows is very risky thinking. The bill for the Senate-wave of 2012 comes due in 2018, so lopsided are the seats in play they are almost guaranteed at least some loss of seats. If state power holds close to where it is now until 2020 they will not get much say in redistricting. It is liberal SCOTUS justices cycling now, meaning we should be able to replace at least one with a real Constitutionalist, killing a liberal favorite way of getting unpopular things to come to be. Trump could gum it up of course, but his history says he will not what with beating all the odds so far.
Rockefeller was no tightwad, either. He used to hand out nickels to the kids and poor adults near Wall Street. He just minded to his business dealings. Trump is the same way, generous personally but tough in business. The President is a fink. |

Quick, somebody make a slo mo video and post it on Youtube. (snicker) If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
