I didn't even know what a modem was when I saw the movie. After seeing it, my brother got one and spent hours posting on some forum. Somehow, I think you can relate. It was irritating to me because he hogged up the phone line.

I would like to add that the opening to War Games was about the best I've ever seen. Overall, War Games is one of my favorite movies. I won't say BEST movies, but favorites.

This is a really neat channel. All kinds of bits of history broken down to an easy to understand level. For when you want to learn the basics and do not really care about a college-level understanding but want to know what you would remember 10 years after the college class.
