That is a great point AZ. However, isn't the president if the United States also in many ways our face to the world? There are many others who lead in the visionary way, we need someone to help us see the reasons for the vision, to inspire trust and confidence. We need boorish, visionary leaders desperately, but perhaps not living in the White House.
Are you opposed to a woman POTUS?

Remember when Trump was elected, England
banned him from ever visiting there as
president? Yet 2 weeks ago he spent an
hour and a half with the queen, he charmed
her socks off and he couldn't get her to
stop talking.

The world loves our leaders who improve
our economy, a rising tide lifts all ships,
including those in other countries,

And they love a strong no nonsense president
who will back them militarily. They will forgive
a lot if they get those things.

I am reminded of a boss who once gave a presentation on "efficient vs. effective." It kind of fits here when you look at it. He talked about how some of his branches always had their paperwork in first and correct. But they were never tops where it counted, sales and profit.

Other branches were not great at getting in reports on time. But they made sales and profit goals. They got things done, even if the report that it was done was not on time.

John McCain was neither boorish nor divisive. And he was an awful candidate and an awful leader. Thing is, good leaders are divisive because they have a vision. Some people will not like that vision. As to boorish, George Patton was one of the best Generals in US History. But he was a total boor. Many other great leaders are the same.

Trump is the guy I’ d hire to advertise circus and freak show acts. Huge! Greatest show on Earth! Fattest woman ever! You’ve never see anything like this ever!

See, perfect for him.

In this case I have to go back to the book and ask is it better to be liked or feared? Looking back, Obama was well liked but not at all feared. His foreign policy was a disaster. Jimmy Carter was neither liked nor feared, anyone old enough to remember and honest will say that was the worst of modern times. Nixon was feared and hated, he got us out of Vietnam, when the fear was gone North Vietnam destroyed South Vietnam. Fear of Reagan caused the collapse of communism. Trump is hated and feared, but he got us a better NAFTA in record time and is getting us a deal with China.

While it would be best to be both, that rarely happens. JFK might be the most recent, but his personal life was nothing to write home about.
The President is a fink.

Trump does not hang around fat women. Women in Trump's life are attractive and intelligent.

What he does do is get people excited for his ideas and about himself in general. He has a personality which fills the room. He is not afraid to go out and have fun. I saw a clip where he had "bought the WWE" from McMahon. Also saw a ton of clips of cameos he did in movies. His TV show lasted what, a decade? None of this is easy to do.

Just look how much more time the haters on here and WoV spend in his threads vs. his fans. You guys are fascinated.

Not at all.

A lot more logical than your sides fascination with a junior congresswoman AOC.

At least Hillary fascination made sense from your side since she had a some real position and power at one time.

I've said this before, it's worth repeating.
Trump was the favorite guest for decades
on the Tonight show and Letterman.
Howard Stern loved him and he was on
his show over 40 times. Before the election
Stern said he was in the top 5 guests of
all time.

Letterman always heaped praise on The
Donald. Trump was always available on
short notice and every show he was on
was a hit with the audience. Ditto with
Leno.

Yet after the election, they won't say a
nice word about him. He's the most
awful person who ever lived simply
because he doesn't toe the Lib line.

Trump has something no other president
since Teddy Roosevelt has: An over
the top magnetic personality. He's a
grand showman, people say when
he enters a room all eyes are on him,
and that was 20 years ago. You can't
fake that, or manufacture it. He's literally
bigger than life.

That is why we bring her up. Your side has elevated AOC to the highest levels despite no experience and the woman being a blithering idiot who makes a fool of herself with every move. But your side sees her as some kind of messiah. Michael Moore even suggested changing the Constitution to let her run for POTUS this cycle.

Yes, we love a good laugh.

sure she's never heard of it before.
