Sure, now that my vote counts Earlier in my life, my vote didn't really matter, lived in a blue state Now that I moved to a battleground state, yea I vote because now it counts For your vote to count, it doesn't matter what party you register for, it only counts if you live in a battleground state Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

For the national election, yes. There are many examples of Democrat Senators in Red states, and Republican Senators in Blue states. Also there are scores of Republican Congressional districts in Blue states, and Democrat Congressional districts in Red states. My Congressman (Republican) squeaked out a victory in my district, which is 2/3 Republican..... (possibly because he was under indictment...) |
