Couldn't face the thought of those 120 calorie low salt no sugar black beans so I spent a few days using up the Food Bank's envelope of stovetop rice (with smidgen of forbidden butter or with beet juice) and then using up a package of some sort of Lost Bear Cinnamon Granola and water (can't use milk)..

Didn't feel like cooking so threw
cabbage and canned corned beef
and spices into the pressure cooker
and it was stupidly good.

I made cream of artichoke/turnip greens soup. Used cream cheese, sour cream, and parm cheese to thicken it. Made smaller chafflels with the new 4" waffle maker. Cucumber, tomato and sliced pork sandwiches. Used cream cheese on the top bread and compound butter on the bottom. Chaffels make the best keto bread yet. Served some of the crackers I made with the soup.

I remember those...yellow box, Gordon or something. Cant be nuked, so its only baked. good tasting though despite the fairly high amount of breading.
